** All Type I (ii) Master-metered Residential accounts will be assessed Dwelling Unit Equivalency Charges (DEQ) and Capital Improvement Program Charges (CIP) based on the number of dwelling units served by a single meter.

*** The CIP rate is multiplied by the 5-year monthly average water consumption by account. The MINIMUM monthly charge is 6 HCF per dwelling unit or account. The MAXIMUM monthly charge is 75 HCF per dwelling unit or account.
