At the Carpinteria Valley Water District, we try to be sensitive
to the issues that affect our customers. To serve our community
and our customers better, we offer the following services for
customers with special needs:
Customer Service Representatives are available from 8 a.m. to
5 p.m. Pacific Time Monday through Friday.
If you or a member of your household has a critical medical condition
that might be irritated by an interruption in your water service,
please call us at (805 684-2816 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will add health-related conditions to your customer record
so we'll be able to notify you in case your service does require
